Your Solution for Missing Teeth
Are you looking for a way to restore your smile? For centuries, dentures have been a trusted solution for missing teeth, and today’s dentures are more attractive and comfortable than ever. At our clinic, we create aesthetically pleasing and functional dentures to help you enjoy a wider variety of foods and address the cosmetic concerns of missing teeth.
Adjusting to Dentures:
When you first get dentures, it’s normal to wear them all the time, including while sleeping, so your dentist can make necessary adjustments for comfort. Once your dentures are properly fitted, you can remove them at night.
Even though dentures aren’t real teeth, proper care is essential. Be sure to clean them regularly to remove food particles and plaque. Always store them in lukewarm water or a denture cleaning solution – avoid hot water, as it can warp the dentures.
Adjusting to the feel of dentures may take some time. Initially, they may feel bulky or awkward, but with time, you’ll get used to them.
Types of Dentures:
Dentures are removable prosthetics designed to replace some or all of your natural teeth. Here are the three main types:
Conventional Dentures – Fitted after your gums have fully healed post-extraction.
Immediate Dentures – Placed immediately after extractions to provide a set of teeth during the healing process. These dentures will require multiple fittings as your gums and jaw change.
Partial Dentures – Perfect for those who need to replace some but not all teeth. These dentures anchor to your remaining natural teeth, completing your smile.
